A ghost?
Ghost stories tend to be short. Most often they can be told in five to twenty minutes around a campfire. They may have a surprise ending and are often also horror stories. Because they are short stories, many ghost story books are anthologies. Many times a ghost story sounds perfectly normal... until the end. BOO!
