The Ghost Stories of Edith Wharton is a collection of short stories by the American author Edith Wharton. It was first published by Charles Scribner’s Sons in 1973. Other collections, some containing different stories, have since been published under the same title.

The website GoodReads quotes the postscript of this book as saying, "...till I was twenty-seven or -eight, I could not sleep in the room with a book containing a ghost story."
