The Capture is the first installment of the series "The Guardians of Ga'Hoole."
This book tells the story of Soren, a Barn Owl, who is kidnapped and taken to St. Aegolius Academy for Orphaned Owls, where he meets his friend, Gylfie, a tiny Elf Owl, with whom he plans an escape.
